Certificate of Attendance and Continuing Education Credits

Certificates of Attendance will be available for download following the conference. You will receive an email with the link when the certificates are ready (approximately 72 hours following the conference). You must scan into a session within the first 10 minutes to receive credit. This certificate does not provide you with Clock Hours or CPE but does provide a record of what you attended while at WASWUG. For Clock Hour and CPE information, see below.

Clock Hours

Clock Hours will be offered through ESD113. To receive Clock Hours you must sign up through the online ESD Automated Clock Hour system. No onsite Clock Hour registration will be available. Use these instructions to create your Clock Hour account. This year due to the Pre-Conference and Tuesday Workshop there are up to 14.5 Clock Hours available at WASWUG. Payment options include: personal check or online credit card. Reduced clock hours are available for partial attendance; you must attend at least 4 sessions to obtain the minimum 3 clock hours. See the learning log for the calculations on the clock hours per session and cost.

This year all attendees will be scanned when they attend a breakout session. This will ensure accurate attendance tracking and room counts which assist for future planning. Please make sure to scan your badge at the scanner outside each room prior to entering. You are able to scan for the first 10 minutes of the session, after that point you are no longer eligible to receive clock hours for that session.

Continuing Professional Education (CPE) for CPAs

WASWUG is pleased to qualify as an acceptable CPE program for Certified Public Accountants. Following the conference, you will receive an email with the link when the certificates are ready (approximately 72 hours following the conference). You must scan into a session within the first 10 minutes to receive credit. This certificate does not provide you with CPE’s but does show record of what you attended while at WASWUG which can be used to report CPE’s earned. It is the attendee’s responsibility to report CPE to the Board of Accountancy.
