PURCHASE ORDER INFORMATION: If you plan to pay by Purchase Order for your reservation the PO must be received by February 25th, 2011. If a purchase order is not on file by February 25th, another form of payment will be needed for checking in. In order to pay by Purchase Order you must first have a confirmed reservation (guaranteed by credit card). Once this is complete you can fax the Purchase Order along with your confirmation number and dates of stay to the attention of the Hyatt Regency Bellevue Credit Manager at 425-698-4280.

SPECIAL OFFER
Hyatt Regency would love to host you prior to the conference with a special package created specifically for WASWUG Attendees. A $50 gift certificate to the Bellevue Collection (Lincoln Square, Bellevue Square, Bellevue Place) will be provided for each night that you stay the weekend before the conference. This offer is available Friday March 4th and Saturday March 5th. The room rate is the same as the conference rate with the added $50 gift certificate – what a deal!

Internet

Free wireless Internet access is available in the Exhibit Hall and at the nearby Tully’s inside the lobby. Wireless Internet is available for a fee in your sleeping room at the Hyatt through T-Mobile Hotspot.

Parking & Directions

Parking is included in the full WASWUG conference fee when staying at the Hyatt. Conference attendees driving daily to the Hyatt Regency can validate their parking ticket at the WASWUG Registration Booth.
