Additional Option
Optional Sunday Lunch is available for purchase at the current per diem pricing. There are several local restaurants nearby, however there are limited grab and go options. So if you would like to have a lunch waiting for you when you arrive at the Hyatt for the start of the conference - make sure to purchase the box lunch when registering. Lunch will be available from 12-2pm Sunday March 6th.
Please note: Sunday's lunch is included as part of the Pre-Conference Workshop Registration.

Conference Presentation Lists
CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds will be honored for cancellations received via email, fax or postal mail by February 18, 2011.
No refunds offered after February 18, 2011.
$25 cancellation fee to be assessed for all cancellations prior to February 18, 2011.
Substitutions will be accepted through the first day of the conference.
No shows will be charged the full registration amount.
During the registration process the registrant will be asked to "accept" the 2011 cancellation policy.

WASWUG Connect - This is a social network that will only be available to registered attendees. This space will provide attendees the opportunity to create a personal profile and to view information about courses, presenters and other attendees. Attendees will be able to post discussion topics and network with peers and presenters prior to and after the conference. Another great feature of participating on WASWUG Connect will be access to the Scheduler. This feature allows attendees to select sessions and build a personalized schedule prior to attending WASWUG. With over 150 sessions to choose from this is a great resource to make the most out of your time at WASWUG.
